- Does Holdwise connect directly to my broker?+
- No. You upload broker statements (PDF or CSV) or paste data manually. We never ask for broker passwords or trading permissions — your accounts stay isolated.
- Which brokers are supported on day one?+
- Interactive Brokers, Banco Inter, eToro, BTG Pactual, Avenue, Charles Schwab, N26, and Tradezero. New broker parsers are added based on user demand.
- How are currencies handled?+
- Each position keeps its native currency (USD, EUR, BRL, etc.) and is also converted to your reporting currency at refreshed FX rates. P&L is calculated in both views.
- Can I export my data?+
- Yes — anytime, to CSV. You own your data. There is no lock-in. If you cancel, we email you a full export within 24 hours.
- What happens if my trial expires?+
- Your workspace becomes read-only. Your data is preserved for 90 days while you decide. Upgrade and writes are immediately re-enabled.
- Where is my data stored?+
- EU-region Postgres with encryption at rest and in transit. We never train models on your portfolio and never sell, share, or analyze your data for advertising.
